The Informational Democracy Working Group is hosted at the Max Planck Institute for Political and Social Science in Göttingen, running June to December 2026.
It convenes researchers, technologists, and practitioners to establish Informational Democracy as a field: a design science grounded in information infrastructure. Its first cycle concludes with an in-person synthesis convening in Berlin, 9–11 December 2026, and public outputs extending into 2027.
